MISSION OF THE ROLE:

  • Ensure that every customer feels unique and valued, delivering excellent service and 
    distinctive in-store experience; 
  • Build strong, empathetic relationships with customers, fostering trust and long-term 
    loyalty; 
  • Drive and grow sales in order to achieve commercial objectives, fully aligned with the 
    brand’s values and standards within the Irish retail market. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inspire and convey our service values, hospitality mindset, storytelling and the 
    Perfect Fit, creating a genuine, welcoming and authentic connection with every 
    customer; 
  • Promote personalized experiences, transforming each interaction into a meaningful 
    exchange where the brand’s story and each customer’s individuality naturally come
    together, through; 
  • The art of warmly welcoming the customer; 
  • Guiding and accompanying the customers throughout their in-store journey; 
  • Demonstrating strong technical knowledge of denim products (fabric types, 
    washes, fits, finishes, sustainability, etc.); 
  • Staying constantly up to date with new collections, trends and innovations in 
    the jeanswear segment; 
  • Advising on the most suitable fits so the customer feels confident, secure and 
    certain they have found their Perfect Fit — the ideal balance between 
    Fit&Feel; 
  • Protect and enhance the brand image through correct visual merchandising practices, 
    keeping the store organised and inspiring, like a stage that tells our story through
    every detail; 
  • Ensure the correct execution of stockroom and store processes that impact 
    stock management, contributing to a smooth and efficient customer
    experience; 
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets; 
  • Apply social influence techniques naturally and effectively to support cross-selling 
    and up-selling.

PROFILE:

  • Previous experience in customer service within the fashion retail sector (preferred); 
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build empathy and rapport with 
    customers; 
  • Proactivity, dynamism and strong initiative; 
  • Strong team spirit, flexibility and availability; 
  • Passion for fashion and a strong interest in denim and jeanswear; 
  • Awareness of fashion trends and strong aesthetic sensitivity; 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
