Come join our team as a Payroll Manger! 
This position will be a working manager who is engaged in weekly processing of payroll ensuring compliance with FLSA, DOL, IRS and state reporting agencies.  

   

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Process weekly payroll and transmit direct deposit.
  • Prepare and transmit weekly 941 tax payments, child support payments and any other required weekly required payments.
  • Prepare federal and multi-state monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
  • Process and review annual payroll reports including W-2’s, Form 940, and Form WH-3.
  • Job cost superintendent wages for multi-family and other departments.
  • Process prevailing wage and HUD reports.
  • Job cost and pay per diem payments and superintendent incentives.
  • Process and pay quarterly office bonuses.
  • Reconcile all payroll accounts quarterly.
  • Research and solve any discrepancies with employee checks.
  • Distribute payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Any other projects as assigned by Assistant Controller.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of Payroll related experience required
  • UKG Pro Payroll experience preferred, but not required

   

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday  

LOCATION: On-site  

SALARY: Salary Exempt
