Administrator / Builder Contract Coordinator

The Builder Contract Coordinator is critical to make certain the production team at RT Moore is ‘project ready’ with all required information on the date required for each specific ‘new start’ and to provide the documentation to support and to ensure RTMC is paid for services provided.   




  • Clearly communicate relevant details about all projects to all parties including the superintendents from RTMC and the client builders and the RTMC production team
  • Deliberately ensure all parties share a similar perspective and understanding of the expectations, timelines, and scope of projects
  • Consistently keep in contact with all parties throughout the duration of each project until it is completed successfully
  • Methodically set up all aspects of a new project including the billing and financials for the building, the piece rate, the job sheets with building details, and paper files
  • Precisely double check that all data inputted into Great Plains, the intranet, and other systems are accurate
  • Correctly input all scheduling information, including changes and updates, Into the intranet
  • Diligently follow up on all missing information to ensure all new starts are thoroughly and accurately set up for all company processes prior to the project beginning
  • Reliably customize job sheets based on known factors for builder upgrades including billing, piece rates, and contract amounts for each job
  • Thoroughly audit each project folder for accuracy and completeness
  • Helpfully provide pricing information to production team for extra purchase orders
  • Carefully follow through on variances to ensure payments by builders


  • Mastery of entire Microsoft Suite plus Internet and email
  • Ability to use Great Plains and Supply Pro; experience a plus
  • Ability to gather all relevant information to make accurate decisions
  • Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Construction or plumbing knowledge and experience a plus
