The Journeyman Plumber is critical to the success of the organization through successful installation of new construction plumbing and maintaining responsibility for the quality of work of apprentice plumbers and modeling and encouraging behaviors in line with company values.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Install plumbing per code on assigned jobs.
• Provide daily direction to assigned apprentices on job site and actively participate in training and development of apprentices.
• Follow and execute directions from Field Superintendent and Residential Manager.
• Follow R.T. Moore Quality Standards.
• Follow R.T. Moore Best Practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate skill with various types of power and hand tools.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Licenses: Must attend Mechanical Skills (an approved plumbing apprentice school); maintain a Plumbing Apprentice license.
• 4 years’ work experience preferred; will accept less.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 

LOCATION: On-site 

• HUGE Sign On Bonuses $750 for 1+ yr experience, $1,500 for 2+ yrs experience, $3,000 for licensed Journeymen!!
• Piece-ray pay structure – You are paid per install job. Average plumbers are making $65K; top plumbers are making 6 figures!
