The Opportunity 

As the HR Coordinator, your pivotal role involves ensuring the seamless daily operations of our HR functions. Your focus will be on cultivating positive experiences for our associates. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for HR, your strong organizational skills will play a vital part in contributing to the successful execution of HR processes. This role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

  

Who You’ll Work With 

You will be based in our Tampa office, working as a part of our People Success team, and reporting to the People & Talent Manager. The People Success team is dedicated to crafting an exceptional experience for our associates at every stage of the employee lifecycle. Collaborating strategically, the team aims to provide support that enables associates to excel in their roles, fostering high levels of productivity and engagement. What You’ll Do  

  • Maintain personnel files and uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information within established systems.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics.
  • Update and maintain employee records in ADP and HR trackers.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Assist with University Partnerships and Alumni events.
  • Update organizational charts
  • Track internal HR project timelines, ensuring seamless coordination and timely escalation when necessary.
  • Support recruiting efforts where needed.
  • Coordinate anniversary, achievements, and birthdays
  • Coordinate Internal mentorship.
  • Assist with tuition reimbursement and referral programs.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Submits new-employee background checks.
  • Cover office administrator when needed.

  

Skills and Qualifications 

  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  •        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •        Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  •        Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  •        Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  •        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Required  

  •        Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  •        Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
