THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Analyst, you’ll work directly with the Team Leader to provide your clients with data-based insights to build their businesses and drive profitability. Your day-to-day tasks will include data analysis and report generation, database management, client communication and distribution of powerful insight reports for our clients (comprised of 6 of the top 10 US fast food brands and 16 of the top 30 global restaurant brands). This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office. 

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our London office on our European Consulting Services team, reporting to the Sr. Consultant. Working closely with the Team Leader, you will manage, develop and publish data insights to inform our clients.  You will support multiple client accounts and establish strong relationships with key client contacts. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze, organize and present client data analysis reports
  • Examine, correct, update and confirm the integrity of incoming data for report generation
  • Analyze results to generate recommendations and user-friendly data analysis
  • Establish and maintain excellent lines of communication with clients
  • Story telling the results into profit driving strategies

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native proficiency in German 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with programming/computer languages such as SQL, R or Python
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills to successfully manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to travel
  • Honors and/or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computing, Business, or equivalent technical field

 

PREFERRED

  • At least two years of hospitality or retail industry experience
