THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Consultant at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), you’ll uncover data-driven insights that enhance profitability for our clients, including 10 of the top global restaurant brands. You’ll provide strategic guidance and expertise, consulting directly with clients to deliver actionable insights and impactful recommendations. Your ability to interpret complex data, craft compelling presentations, and build trusted relationships will be critical to driving success.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be based in our UK office as part of the European Consulting Services team, reporting to the Director of Consulting Services. Working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of multiple client accounts and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior client leaders to discuss revenue management strategies and support the effective implementation of pricing recommendations across client locations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-quality analytical environment.
  • Complex datasets into clear, actionable insights by identifying performance drivers, trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven strategic recommendations grounded in analytics, consumer behavior, and business objectives.
  • Build high-quality client presentations and deliverables that translate analysis into persuasive strategic narratives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to client stakeholders—virtually and in person—with clarity and confidence.
  • Champion analytical excellence and continuously improve tools, frameworks, and internal best practices.
  • Manage client accounts and relationships, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and contribute to the growth of the European Consulting Services team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native-level proficiency in English; additional languages are highly desirable, particularly Czech or Scandinavian languages.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of databases and experience with SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required; role is based in London.

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or any related subjects
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in revenue management, consulting or account management
