Geographical locations are as follows:
•Central West NSW (Molong, Beryl, Manildra)
•Riverina (particularly upper and western) NSW (Glennellen, Wagga, Hilston)
•Western Downs QLD (Bluegrass PVBESS)
•Wide Bay–Burnett QLD (Fraser coast Bundaberg)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Manager
- Lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture; identify and address safety risks, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Oversee multiple O&M projects, including client negotiations, financials, and deliverables; ensure compliance with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, support business growth and project success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams and subcontractors; manage project plans and monitor performance to meet key deliverables.
Site Manager
- Promote a Zero Harm safety culture, ensure adherence to safety requirements, oversee technicians and contractors for WHSE standards and performance KPIs, and maintain accurate documentation with timely incident reporting.
- Interface with clients, provide progress reports and required documentation, identify, negotiate, and manage local subcontractors and site consumables per commercial contracts.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and ensure competency for safe work practices.
- Oversee operational and technical aspects of projects, ensure delivery per O&M Service Contracts, and monitor plant systems' performance using SCADA and other systems.
- Develop and implement effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and maximize output.
Electrical Technician
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems; diagnose and resolve complex issues, repairing or replacing faulty components as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance SOPs, provide training, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior technicians, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and assist with the installation of new systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
Trade Assistant
- Support routine and advanced maintenance and inspections on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment; assist in the repair and replacement of faulty components and perform regular inspections to monitor performance.
- Coordinate spare parts and material use, ensuring correct stock count; manage vegetation control and panel cleaning using both powered and non-powered equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and stock count; provide support for emergency maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Mechanical Technician
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and equipment; repair, replace components, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections; collaborate across departments and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; assist in developing maintenance procedures and training.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
