We are currently looking for a Group Delivery Manager to join our team. This will be a hybrid position working out of our Pune office located in Amar Tech Park.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee technical deliveries from multiple scrum teams and coordinate between engineering and technical operations team to ensure a smooth hand off and transfer of knowledg
• Roll up the sleeves to build firsthand understanding and impression of the product changes/enhancements
• Create documentary artifacts/reports/dashboards driving a view on the day-to-day progress and development
• Create scalable communication partners with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow using reports and dashboards
• Collaborate and influence engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Architect teams to effectively drive deliverables backlog against the business priorities
• Help product teams to effectively organize backlog by balancing marketing demand with house-keeping demands
• Steer cross functional KPIs by working with technical and non-technical teams in order to ensure smooth execution and delivery for business success

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in software development
• Experience working in full stack product development projects, typescript, angular, nodeJS, Java, SQL, etc
• Agile Scrum-Master Certification required
• Minimum 5+ years of previous experience in this role or as a Project Manager, working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Project Management MBA and additional qualifications, preferred
• Proven track record of working with international clients and customers
• Proven record of a Project Management Certification – PMP/Prince 2 is a minimum
• Excellent understanding of JIRA’s administration and reporting functions
• Exposure to analytics tools such as PowerBI preferred
• Understanding of business KPIs and how to translate them to team level KPIs and SMART goals
• Previous experience working in service-oriented organizations
• Strong experience in steering multiple projects simultaneously, working with Scrum teams, QA teams, and project deliveries
• Proven track record of stakeholder management, including Senior Management
• Highly method driven
• Strong influence skills
• Able to partner across different departments to deliver cross functional business objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process innovator to help scale the organization by bringing lean but efficient processes on project scales
• Excellent time management skills 

Travel:

This position may require up to 10% International travel.
