Your Mission
Job Summary - As the SDR Manager at Record360, you will play a critical role in driving our sales development efforts. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and qualify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to our sales team. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and onboard new SDRs to build a high-performing team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development to SDRs to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear, measurable goals for each team member.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to generate and qualify leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize the SDR process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and tools to enhance lead generation and qualification.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
    • Foster a collaborative environment between the SDR team and other departments, such as marketing.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on SDR team performance and key initiatives.
  5. Customer Focus:
    • Ensure the SDR team provides an exceptional customer experience, representing Point of Rental’s values and mission.
    • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven success leading high performance sales teams selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving success.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales development tools. Salesforce and Outreach experience preferred
