Job Description
We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a highly collaborative, metrics-driven, and action-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will play a key part in generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring a cohesive brand presence across our target markets. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and proactive; and excited to contribute to a fast-growing, innovative company. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

 

Responsibilities
  • Core KPIs:
    • Increase website traffic
    • Increase inbound leads
    • Maintain marketing data integrity
  • Events: Plan and manage logistics for trade shows and webinars, including event attendance, budgets, swag, and collateral
  • Content: Coordinate with vendors & internal teams to create blogs and social media posts.
  • Email: Design and execute email and direct mail efforts, maintaining clean and accurate Salesforce & Pardot contact lists
  • Customer Marketing: Collaborate with Customer Success to identify case study candidates, coordinate video shoots, and produce compelling case studies for the website
  • Product Marketing: Partner with the product team to understand new features and create the corresponding marketing material strategies (blogs, one sheets, and customer emails).
  • Analytics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Process Management: Proactively improve marketing processes and suggest scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.

 

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of professional Demand Generation/Marketing experience in software
  • Curious, fast learner; enjoys trying new tactics
  • Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Strategic, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Team player: pitches in to get things done when tasks need coverage
  • High EQ & humility: good at delivering/receiving feedback
  • When surfacing a problem, always pair it with a solution or suggestion for how to get to a solution
  • Salesforce/Pardot email and form experience a plus
  • Conducts experiments with rigorous data analysis and well-thought-out project plans

Role is remote-friendly with the option to be based in the Point of Rental Office in Dallas, TX.

 

Range $80K - $90K
