QTC is embarking on a significant transformation of its People & Culture (Hire to Retire) systems while also optimising core enterprise platforms, including the Treasury Management System and automated testing capability.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Change Delivery & Enablement (12-month max term contract) to lead this critical body of work across People & Culture system modernisation and core platform optimisation.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Define clear scope, objectives and outcomes with business and technology stakeholders
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex programs end‑to‑end
- Own delivery risks, issues and dependencies, escalating early where needed
- Drive fit‑for‑purpose business and technical requirements aligned to QTC standards
- Run effective workshops to produce practical delivery artefacts
- Manage change impacts across timelines, budget and resourcing
- Embed outcomes into BAU and uplift delivery standards across the team
About you:
You are a confident delivery leader with experience managing complex technology initiatives. You bring:
- Strong capability in project governance, budgeting, risk and quality management
- Experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally within finance or banking environments
- Experience delivering HR systems/HRIS, Treasury Management System (TMS) uplift and/or testing automation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- A calm, solutions‑focused approach in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential: Tertiary qualification, project management certification, and experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary deliveries across agile and waterfall environments
Desirable: Postgraduate qualification and experience in business analysis or change management
