Description

QTC is embarking on a significant transformation of its People & Culture (Hire to Retire) systems while also optimising core enterprise platforms, including the Treasury Management System and automated testing capability. 
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, Change Delivery & Enablement (12-month max term contract) to lead this critical body of work across People & Culture system modernisation and core platform optimisation. 
  
As a Senior Project Manager, you will: 
  
  • Define clear scope, objectives and outcomes with business and technology stakeholders 
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver complex programs endtoend 
  • Own delivery risks, issues and dependencies, escalating early where needed 
  • Drive fitforpurpose business and technical requirements aligned to QTC standards 
  • Run effective workshops to produce practical delivery artefacts 
  • Manage change impacts across timelines, budget and resourcing 
  • Embed outcomes into BAU and uplift delivery standards across the team 
  
About you:
You are a confident delivery leader with experience managing complex technology initiatives. You bring: 
  
  • Strong capability in project governance, budgeting, risk and quality management 
  • Experience delivering complex IT projects, ideally within finance or banking environments 
  • Experience delivering HR systems/HRIS, Treasury Management System (TMS) uplift and/or testing automation 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills 
  • A calm, solutionsfocused approach in fastpaced and ambiguous environments 
  
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential: Tertiary qualification, project management certification, and experience leading complex, multidisciplinary deliveries across agile and waterfall environments 
Desirable: Postgraduate qualification and experience in business analysis or change management
