The Data and Content Analyst Role

The People Systems, Operations & Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data and Content Analyst to join our team. Our mission is to provide fully integrated data solutions that drive strategic business objectives. We provide solutions that meet current and future human resource strategy needs. These solutions cover all areas of our workforce, including employee, contractor/consultant and applicant data in areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation management and absence management. We are actively seeking to leverage new AI technology, to enhance and enrich our decisioning, creating the foundational steps to success with these tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing human resource data, conducting in-depth analysis, and working with others to bring actionable insights to optimize our strategies across platforms. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data-driven decision-making that enhances user engagement and meets organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have a blend of analytical and creative thinking, with strong technical skills and a passion for understanding how data impacts content and business outcomes.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Data Analysis: Prepare and present regular analysis on key metrics.
• Content Analysis: Analyze data and content across multiple platforms to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Testing: Plan, create, execute, and analyze tests to evaluate data and content variations and optimize analytic performance.
• Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Predictive Analytics and GenAI: Utilize predictive models and trends to forecast content performance and guide future content strategy, in addition to maximizing our opportunity to provide new services through GenAI solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for content performance.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Above all, a curious mindset that seeks opportunity to re-imagine, or find new solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science or related field.
• 2+ years experience as a data or content analyst
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong critical-thinking and storytelling skills using data.
