What you'll do
As the Housing Monitor you will  be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors while providing quality services and structured programming designed to promote successful community living. The Housing Monitor is also responsible to serve as liaison with community resource agencies to coordinate needed services. You will conduct building/unit inspections.  Provide excellent customer service while maintaining personal and professional boundaries.  

  

  

What you'll bring 

High School Diploma or G.E.D. 

At least 6 months experience in human services, preferably working with homeless adults, the 

economically disadvantaged, mentally ill or chemically dependent. 

Current CPR/First AID Certification or within two months of hire.   

Software and Equipment Used:  Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  

  

Preferably you'll bring 

Knowledge of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). 

Previous experience with homeless and/or offender populations. 

College course work, or training in human services field.
