What you'll do
As the Clinical SUD Supervisor you will  provide quality treatment services to clients with substance use disorders using evidence-based and promising practices. You will also provide supervision to SUDPTs and SUDPs,  to include review of assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, progress toward continuation of services, authorization of care, and the direct observation of delivery of clinical care. 

  

What you'll bring 

(Any equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable) 

  • Associate’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field 
  • Credentialed with the Department of Health as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in the State of Washington in accordance with WAC 246-811
  • Meet and obtain qualifications as an Approved Supervisor in accordance with WAC 246-809-134
  • 3 years of experience as a licensed SUDP

Preferably you'll bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or related human services field 
  • Experience in residential treatment or outpatient treatment
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions and substance use disorder
  • Advanced training in group process or educational programming
  • If designated by the work location, employee must have a valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and a driver's abstract/driving record acceptable to Pioneer’s auto insurance company. Employee must meet requirements of Pioneer’s approved driver policy and guidelines.
