What you'll do
The Organizational Development Specialist,  will assist in increasing overall employee effectiveness by enhancing leadership capacity, analyzing data to proactively identify areas of improvement and working with oversight to implement organization-wide employee development initiatives, facilitating trainings, and collaborating to support critical change through OD, HR, and business efforts. The specialist will help in the development and implementation of sustainable and progressive diversity, equity and inclusion strategy for the organization. This position designs sustainable communication strategies, trainings, assessments and documentation processes. They will collaborate with key stokeholds to ensure and maintain relevance of trainings with the Learning Management system.  This position reports to the Director of OD and is part of the OD Team.

 

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 
  • Two years of advanced facilitation, training, coaching and consultation skills
  • Two years of demonstrated training design experience using a variety of methods, i.e. eLearning, instructor-led, self-paced online learning

 

Preferably you'll bring

  • Experience in the use of learning management systems, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Five years of advanced facilitation, training, coaching and consultation skills
  • Five years of demonstrated training design experience using a variety of methods, i.e. eLearning, instructor-led, self-paced online learning.
  • Organization project management skills/certification/PMP certified.
