Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Application Managed Services Lead to support a diverse portfolio of Oracle Cloud customers. This leader will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality support and delivery, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across Europe. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) expertise – both functional and technical- along with a strong understanding of localizations, and best practices for sustaining cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a AMS Lead supporting Europe, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a regional team supporting multiple Oracle Cloud clients.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, problem management, and service level performance.
- Oversee and support Oracle Cloud ERP applications for Peloton customers, guiding them from a functional and technical standpoint, with problem resolution and enhancement work.
- Manage and optimize processes for incident management, change management, patching cycles, quarterly updates, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand ongoing business needs, ensure service quality, and identify opportunities for value added enhancements.
- Govern and support complex integrations, extensions, reporting, and data related activities across Oracle Cloud environments.
- Ensure compliance and proper handling of localizations across Europe, including statutory, tax reporting, and country specific configurations.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, scoping, estimating, and contributing to AMS proposals.
- Drive adoption of best practices, automation, and repeatable delivery models within Managed Services.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
- Must have 5+ years of strong hands-on implementation or support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP modules and/or Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management modules – both functional processes and technical components.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations and ongoing production environments.
- Solid understanding of technical integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations) and cloud extension frameworks.
- Familiarity with European statutory and localization requirements across finance, supply chain, and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional end-to-end knowledge of business processes and system configuration dependencies across financials, accounting, costing with exposure to multiple modules and processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Accounting-to-Reporting and Order-To-Cash
- Strong understanding of Financial Business Processes (Period-End closing, General Ledger and Subledgers including accounts payable and costing).
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and customers in a fast paced, client facing services organization.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in the United Kingdom with ability to travel occasionally as needed.
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or other product-based sectors.
- Proficiency in additional languages – Particularly Italian and Spanish- in addition to fluent English.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives or AMS transformation programs.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud ERP or SCM applications
