About Your Role:
Clarvida is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Security Compliance to join our team. As the Director of Security Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's data security and compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding our sensitive information and maintaining the trust of our clients. This position will have a significant impact on the organization, as you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of robust security protocols, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your leadership and strategic vision will be crucial in protecting Clarvida's data assets and mitigating potential security risks.
Perks of this role:
- Remote with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones
- Pay range - $95,000 – $125,000
Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in compliance security, IT security, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
- Extensive experience in overseeing regulatory and policy compliance governing data access and use, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Proven skills in analytics, team leadership, collaboration, and communication.
- Ability to manage complex initiatives and travel as required
- Advanced knowledge of security, cybersecurity, and HIPAA security requirements and experience in monitoring and ensuring compliance
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex security information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
