The Job at a Glance
As a Dock Specialist, you will play an imperative role in our Fulfillment Center team. Dock Specialists drive our Fulfillment Center by efficiently receiving and sorting genuine OEM parts to be added to inventory. Our Dock Specialists exercise a great deal of attention to detail and accuracy in unloading trucks and assembling skids for receipts. Dock Specialist efforts are a direct reflection of our dedication to exceptional customer service and surpassing expectations. The Fulfillment Center here at Parts Town is a very tight-knit, team-oriented atmosphere and as our Dock Specialist play a key role, there is a potential to work overtime as needed. A Typical Day
- Unloading freight and ensuring it accurately reflects shipment manifest
- Efficiently storing freight and parcel in an organized fashion for intake and receiving
- Frequently using reach truck & forklifts to categorize freight receipts
- Verifying package quantities prior to scanning them into the system, ensuring accuracy of deliveries
- Assembling kitting pallets/carts and transferring them to the kitting operation for storage
To Land This Opportunity
- You possess strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organization skills
- You can multi-task in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- You are able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs. unassisted
- You are looking to work Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and can work Saturdays when needed
- You are vehicle certified, or willing to become certified
- You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)
About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $42,813.81– $52,327.99 annually ($20.58 – $25.15) hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
