The Job at a Glance

As our Packing Team Lead (internally known as Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler), you will help with problem solving and operational oversight for our larger and more automated Distribution Center as well as improving new-hire trainingAs the Team Lead, you’ll further your career development by leading approximately 50 team members throughout the different packing areas.

 

 

A Typical Day

  • Assist supervisors with workflow management and team member training
  • Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity expectations are communicated
  • Research and provide guidance to solve daily transactional problems
  • Provide call-in coverage as needed by becoming highly cross-trained in most DC operations
  • Assign catches when necessary based on reports and consultation with your supervisor 
  • Provide leadership during projects and on the Saturday shift

  • You are in good standing and not on a disciplinary action
  • You are a top performer in current role and have experience in the areas you wish to work in
  • You demonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth
  • You are vehicle certified (or willing to be)
  • You have excellent attendance with minimal or no call-in’s
  • You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 30lbs unassisted
  • You are available to work a 10am6:30pm shift, and are willing to work some Saturday shifts
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

 

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $47,433.6152,704.01 annually ($22.80-25.33 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
