Bolton Honda is currently seeking a Full Time Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team in Bolton. The successful candidate will be a people person and self starter, with strong communications skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Customer service experience is essential.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Greet people coming into the facility and direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitoring the floor traffic and reporting sales activity including guest visits in our DMS system.
- Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Update the dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
- Perform motor vehicle licensing administration.
- Perform vehicle inventory administration.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to work the desired shifts: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and administrative experience required.
- Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Personable, reliable, courteous.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected hourly wage): $19.75 - $20.75 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
