Grimsby Hyundai is currently seeking a team oriented, hard working individual to join their exceptional team as a Detail Supervisor. The ideal candidates will have passion for all things automotive, high attention to detail, strong work ethics and a willingness to learn and succeed. This position will mainly be responsible for maintaining the exteriors and the interiors of the vehicle. Automotive detailing experience is required.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Ensure all vehicles undergo a complete reconditioning process to ensure consistency.
- Manage the inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
- Provide support, supervision and overall leadership to the dealership’s detailers.
- Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.
- Adhere to processes and procedures while administering professional cleaning chemicals to surfaces.
- Advanced ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles as required.
- Execute the washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to company standards.
- Clean vehicle windows inside and out, while considering the proper cleaning products when tinting agents have been applied to windows.
- Initiate visual inspections of the interior and exterior of the vehicle once all tasks are completed to ensure that the product meets customer and company standards.
- Organize cleaning tools and equipment to maintain a clean work station.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Strong computer and leadership skills.
- Experience in detailing vehicles using professional chemicals.
- Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
- High attention to detail
- Team oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude.
- A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Must have non-skid/safety shoes.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual compensation): $45,000 - $60,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
