Description

·         Work with the head of MarCom to plan and maintain an editorial calendar, refine multi-media content aligned to business priorities.

·         Collaborate with product marketing and the PR agency to source tech and product stories, manage approval process, deliver highly engaging content for product launches and campaigns.

·         Generate product marketing collateral content for blog articles, social media blurbs, and email-marketing content.

·         Support company events, facilitate event messaging, content, and presentation.

·         Work with OmniVision’s PR agency to foster relationships with key media and industry analysts, develop and maintain media communications plans.

·         Assist with media training key product and technology leaders and managing executive profiles.

·         Drive internal awareness of the exciting innovations and product launches at OmniVision.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.

Require 18 months of related experience in communications/public relations roles, such as an investment associate, public relations specialist, or monetization strategist. 

Must possess the skills/experience of:

  • ·         Advertising as well as public relations principles, practices, and procedures.
  • ·         English usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar and writing and editing skills for creating captions, blog posts, and social media contents.
  • ·         Techniques involved in the publication of a variety of productions.
  • ·         Market research, trending analysis, competitor analysis, feasibility studies.
  • ·         Event planning, operation, build up community and expand resources.
  • ·         Manage social media accounts, grow social media followings and increase engagement rates.
  • ·         Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
  • ·         Graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $62,005 - $75,000. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills and experience, and the pay of employees in the similar role.
