Description
Responsibility:
- Administrative Staff in Kyoto office. Office admin to support Kyoto office and coordinate information and provide support in an office environment.
- Office management; support in preparing and managing office supplies, as well as other general administrative tasks.
- Shipping arrangement; support the handling of domestic and international shipping operation.
- Visitors support; support overseas visitors to welcome to Kyoto office
- Traveler support; support to prepare for employees’ overseas business travel
- Finance; support to check employees’ reimbursement request regularly
- Asset management
- Emergency Food Management
- Others; up to situation
Qualification:
- Group administrative work / related job experience
- Basic English reading and writing skills and Native level Japanese communication skill
- Solid PC skill, MS application / Google application
- Situational communication skill with various type of stake holders
- Team work skill to deliver outcomes effectively
- Embraced change behavior
- Experience to work for multinational company *nice to have
