CAD/EDA Sr. Staff / Staff / Senior engineer
Description
Responsibilities:
- As CAD / EDA engineer, planning, implementation, and operation of semiconductor design tools (Electric Design Automation, hereinafter referred to as EDA). developing and introducing new design and verification technologies that increase product value.
- Planning and construction of EDA (planning and introduction of new technology and new services)
- EDA operation (stable operation of EDA license and license server)
- Understanding design needs and proposing and providing total solutions
- Technical guidance and advice to improve design efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in design environment development work
- Communication skill with various type of stakeholders
- Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
- Project management experience / skill is a plus
- People management experience / skill in a plus
- Business level Japanese & English Communication skill
- MS / BS in Electrical Engineering or Information Engineering or equivalent work experience
