QA Automation Intern
Description
OmniVision is looking for a student or recent graduate to work as a Quality Assurance intern in the Quality department. The QA Intern will work with the rest of the Quality Assurance team to provide support with software automation projects.
Requirements/Skills:
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Experience with Python is required. Any other data analysis tool knowledge is a plus
- Capable of exploring new paths such as AI integration onto workflows

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with QA team to facilitate process improvement with the departments’ databases and websites
- Learn about the systems and databases used within the QA group, gather requirements from team members and engineers
- Assist with defining project automation scope and timelines, present them for review and approval
- Contribute to automation infrastructure by developing and implementing automation workflows
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Regularly report project status and tasks
