 JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Working with an established team within Product Support, this position will be responsible to monitor the health of machines currently enrolled in a maintenance contract and generate leads for sales using Condition Monitoring. This position will use applications developed specifically to organize sample results, machine alerts from fault codes, and other factors to develop reports. This position will also have a role in advising our customers and employees about potential product health issues – in an effort to avoid potentially more costly repairs. Responsible for dispatching one of our Aerial Inspectors to perform Annual Inspections and Preventative Maintenance on Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs).

COMPETENCIES:  

Verbal and written communication skills, customer-oriented, high energy level, able to handle multiple tasks, be organized and detail-oriented. Must have the ability to learn new technical material related to Heavy Equipment products and services.  Strong computer and software skills are required. Ability to assist with selling products or services preferred.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Graduate with a minimum of two years of experience and/or education combination related to parts and service repair, monitoring, operations, or sales within an Engine, Equipment, or related industry. Experience related to equipment or automotive monitoring applications is a plus. Entry-level to advanced technical & sales training will be provided to qualified candidates. 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
