JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Aggressively grow and maintain sales of Caterpillar Engines to OEM’s and industrial engine users within an assigned territory. Create new opportunities, support existing customers and provide project consultation and application expertise to assist customers interested in Caterpillar Products.

Bachelor’s degree required, concentration on engineering is preferred. Three - Five Years outside engine sales or OEM sales related experience. Diesel engine technical training or application experience a plus. Prior Industry knowledge of products and applications with technical background.
Individual must be highly motivated, display a strong work ethic and understand how to act with a sense of urgency. Strong PC knowledge with MS Office experience.
Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
