Maintaining company contacts with our current customer base.  Expanding our traditional markets, the sales territory will include Northeastern Ohio. Implementing sales programs to expand into new markets. Help to determine the price structure for new customers. Help to determine warranty acceptance in certain cases. Represent the company at trade shows. Informing service of new product opportunities and up-and-coming product needs. Assist with picking up service jobs and the collection of the core. Keep service informed of incoming jobs for scheduling. Follow up on complaints and warranties. Complete daily call reports. Complete new customer information sheets. Work to reach projected sales and profit goals. Work at keeping on regular schedules with customers for consistency in sales and service. Support company policies in regard to warranty, restocking, pricing, and core.



Listening to others, processing information, and communicating effectively. Must have superior communication skills.  Excellent customer interaction. Should have a basic knowledge of diesel engines. 



High School Diploma or equivalent.  Some college is helpful. Three – Five years of experience in outside sales. Familiarity with MS Office products is highly desirable. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.



Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to stand for up to two hours. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to see for purposes of reading printed material and driving. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels. Ability to speak so that others will be able to clearly understand a normal conversation both in person and over the phone.  Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
