Title: Senior Associate, Construction Program Controls

Role Description:

Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Program Controls Senior Associate is responsible for the management of the data and tools to track the real estate, design, and construction status of Oak Street Health expansion centers with a focus on developing, prioritizing, and coordinating cross functional reporting to improve schedule outcomes. This position's deliverables will include auditing and issuing new reports for external and internal stakeholders and will provide oversight of key milestone activities to support the Construction Management Team with project performance. 

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular audits of project schedules to ensure accurate reporting and progress

  • Perform regular audits fo cost reports to ensure accurate reporting and identify cost trends

  • Manage and maintain cross organizational weekly schedule reporting

  • Provide ad hoc analysis for the Director of Construction with relation to operations results, financial data, industry trends, etc.

  • Identifies, leads validation, and deployment/consistency of data utilized within various analytical tools to streamline process and improve insights

  • Maintain and build schedule information in expansion team software programs to record and report key construction deliverables and critical dates

  • Collaborates with multi-functional team members to define critical metrics and ensure alignment of expansion team analytics.

  • Develop and maintain vendor-provided services and schedules that help support critical business functions such as owner purchased FFE, national vendor forecasting, and material storage management across projects.

  • Create and manage Real Estate Management Department Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent project management and facilitate process improvement

  • Manage address verification process

  • Proactively manage and push along project permit process

  • Other duties, as assigned. 

 What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR the equivalent combination of 5 years education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform responsibilities listed.

  • Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.  Translates problems into practical solutions.

  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, and to compute rate, ratio and percent; ability to convert units of measurement.

  • Comfortably and confidently uses a computer and specialized software including Microsoft Office, Smart Sheets, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Willing to work with others, collaborating and compromising where necessary; promptly sharing relevant information with others.

  • US work authorization.
