About the Role
As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the top of funnel of the recruitment process by identifying and initiating contact with potential candidates for technical roles. Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers you will gather competencies, attributes, skills and experience requirements to define candidate profiles and then build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs across a variety of roles including software engineers, QA engineers, product managers as well as Trust and IT professionals.
Location- Location Hybrid in Austin, TX
What You’ll be Doing
- Developing talent pools and managing candidate profiles (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our CRM to fit current and future hiring needs.
- Aid in the re-organization and cleanup of current database and maintaining ongoing accuracy.
- Ensure consistency and maintain profiles in our database and internal systems.
- Coordinate with talent acquisition partners, department managers, and team leads to identify candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Sourcing through outreach and researching potential candidates on various social channels and internal platforms.
- Drive quality candidates that meet or exceed the job requirements to the top of funnel with the goal of impacting quality and speed of hire.
- Create text, email and InMail content for candidate outreach.
- Other duties as needed.
About You
- 2 Years experience working as a Sourcer as a member of the Talent Acquisition Team with a focus on software engineering talent.
- Solid organization skills with the ability to maintain updated candidate and client profiles and records.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate in a professional manner over phone, text and via email.
- Healthy dose of curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Boolean searches, Xray Searches and LinkedIn specific functionalities.
- Experience working with Jobvite, Greenhouse or similar ATS.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
