About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with next-level organizational skills to join our fast-growing marketing team. NinjaOne has ambitious growth goals, and we need dedicated and detail-oriented teammates to help us promote our Unified IT Management solution.
Reporting to the Creative Director, and working with the Sr. Project Manager, the Project Manager will be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to and managing the day-to-day tasks of the Brand and Design Team. The Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining, evolving, and executing the Asana Board and the bi-weekly, “Agile-inspired” Sprint process. This role will work closely with many teams across the company including Content and Community Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Media Relations, WebDev, and Digital Marketing.

What You'll be Doing
- Fearlessly leading the Brand and Design Team from intake to execution on a multitude of projects including website design, digital and out-of-home marketing materials, email and social campaigns, event booth design, swag, and more
- Creative task intake, grooming of the backlog, and Asana Board management
- Understanding and communicating design briefs, project goals, and success metrics to the Design team
- Communicating the status of tasks and projects to stakeholders
- Facilitating efficient scrum stand-ups once a week
- Creating long- and short-term project plans, setting up deadlines and managing milestones
- Coordinating with the WebDev and Event teams to ensure timely planning and delivery of creative assets
- Troubleshooting issues and removing blockers to keep projects moving forward
- Serving as the point of contact for the Brand and Design team when multiple marketing teams are assigned to the same project
- Being the last line of Quality Control on projects through development to maintain the expected level of quality
- Coordinating resources for larger initiatives including designers, developers, strategists, and copywriters

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital creative management experience in an agency, consulting, or in-house SaaS environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience creating and maintaining an Asana Board
- Experience with managing tasks for Events/Trade Shows a plus
