Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least two end-to-end WMS implementation projects and will play a key role in driving requirements, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver WMS solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and documentation for warehouse operations.
- Partner with business and IT teams to design scalable and efficient WMS solutions.
- Define and maintain the product backlog; ensure stories are well-groomed and prioritized.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities for WMS rollouts.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously drive improvements in warehouse operations through system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience, with strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end WMS project implementations (design, build, and rollout).
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into system capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile environments as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a global delivery model, with overlapping hours to collaborate with US-based teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with supply chain domain and integration with ERP/TMS systems.
- Exposure to sister domains such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP Supply Chain modules, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
- Certification in Agile / Scrum (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent).
