The Role:
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/x), you will bridge the gap between venture architecture and marketing execution, helping to turn venture ideas into scalable digital products and businesses. You will play a crucial role in validating new business opportunities, designing go-to-market strategies, and setting up digital growth foundations.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, from UX Designers, User Researchers and Product Managers to Engineers and Data experts, to shape new ventures and bring them successfully to market. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who loves connecting strategy, data and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and customer analyses to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and shape business models.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies and support in crafting value propositions
- Manage and setups Campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin and CRM. Further channels are a strong plus.
- Plan and optimize campaigns to drive acquisition and retention
- Run A/B testing and growth experiments for venture ideation & validation
- Conduct web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics
- Implement basic tracking setups with Google Tag Manager to ensure proper conversion measurement and funnel tracking.
- Analyze marketing performance data, extract actionable insights, and continuously optimize for ROI.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including strategy, design, product, and tech.
- Present key insights, learnings, and recommendations to founders, clients, and leadership teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers to execute digital campaigns and market tests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a startup, agency, or venture-building environment, ideally combining business strategy and growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, CRM)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic implementation skills in web tracking
- Experience conducting market research and defining go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and German.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
