You’ll typically work 15–20 hours per week, spread across 5 days, with the ability to flex up to 25–30 hours during peak hiring periods.

- Hunt for Talent: Take a proactive, outbound-first approach to recruiting—identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates across industries and levels
- Own the Hiring Journey: Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from manufacturing and skilled trades to executive leadership and niche technical positions
- Create & Execute Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing plans for mid- to senior-level roles—leveraging AI tools, recruiting technology, networking, and direct outreach
- Partner with Clients: Lead intake discussions, challenge assumptions when needed, and advise on effective hiring strategies
- Interview & Assess: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and confidently present top talent with clear recommendations
- Deliver a Five-Star Client &Candidate Experience: Keep clients & candidates informed, engaged, and respected throughout the process
- Strengthen Our Approach: Contribute ideas, tools, and best practices to continuously improve how we hire
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with a track record of success across a variety of roles and industries
- True Sourcing Mindset: You don’t rely on job boards—you know how to find and engage passive talent using creative, tech-enabled strategies
- Tech & AI Savvy: Comfortable leveraging modern sourcing tools, AI, and data to work smarter and faster
- Versatility: Confident recruiting for everything from high-volume roles to executive and hard-to-fill niche positions
- Consultative Approach: You can guide clients, push back when needed, and align hiring strategies with business goals
- Ownership & Drive: Self-directed, proactive, and motivated—you take initiative and run with it
- Relationship Builder: Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with both clients and candidates

Location & Schedule
- Remote role based in Eastern or Central Time Zones
- Flexible daily schedule (a few hours per day, Monday–Friday)
- Occasional travel may be required

Compensation in the $26-33/hr range, depending on experience
