About the role
We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic and experienced RPA Technical Lead to join our rapidly growing organization and play a critical role in driving automation strategy and delivery. As an RPA Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across business functions.

As an RPA Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery across business functions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, define solution architecture, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of RPA initiatives. Your technical expertise and passion for innovation will be instrumental in scaling our automation program and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Applications & Product Engineering and is a hybrid-remote role with a flexible schedule out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.
You Will
- Ensure the delivery of IT services meets agreed-upon standards, quality, and operability, as defined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the Service Desk and Clinical Technology Support Services team.
- Manage daily operations of Incident and Service Request Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management functions, while actively participating in Change and Release Management in both legacy and cloud environments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster skill development and career growth.
- Acting as a key partner and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Manages the procurement of clinical equipment, budget tracking, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead key Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Coordinate organization-wide communications during major incidents and outages.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service desk and clinical support performance. Utilize system analytics to optimize resource utilization and enhance service delivery.
- Develop strategies for transformation and continuous improvement.
- Promote the adoption of automation for routine tasks and processes.
About You
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- 10+ years of experience in building automations using RPA platforms
- 6+ years of development experience with UI Path.
- 3+ years of development experience with Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or other devops tools.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams technically onshore and offshore
- Advanced experience with Ui Path and Power Automate required
- Strong healthcare or Insurance domain knowledge is highly preferred
- Good Knowledge of using APIs for integrations and cloud native services
- Experience with other applications in the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
- Good Knowledge of other programming language such as SQL, C# is highly preferred.
