Join our global team as a Regional OpEx Manager for our Europe South region (France, Italy & Spain) where you’ll be at the forefront of transforming operations across our EMEA footprint. As Regional OpEx Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind embedding a culture of Operational Excellence.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic Lean transformation using Hoshin Kanri and Value Stream Mapping to align goals and optimise processes.
  • Lead and govern CI programmes, ensuring savings are tracked and aligned with financial targets.
  • Coach and develop site CI leaders, enabling high-impact Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops.
  • Standardise and scale best practices across functions and geographies to build a sustainable CI culture.

 

Your Impact

  • Improve operational and financial performance through data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and deploy performance frameworks and dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimise end-to-end business processes.
  • Influence cultural change and embed Lean thinking at all levels of the organisation.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading Lean or OpEx transformations at a regional or enterprise level.
  • Expertise in Hoshin Kanri, VSM/VSA, Kaizen facilitation, and CI savings tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or service process improvement.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time) across the EMEA region.
  • Experience in multi-country, multi-site environments.
  • Understanding of financial impact analysis and CI governance.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.

Additional Information

To apply for this position you must be based either in Spain or Italy and live close to an international airport.

 

You must already have the right to live and work in Italy or Spain and have the ability to travel unrestricted within the wider EMEA region.  Visa sponsorship is not provided.

 

Travel will be up to 70% within France, Italy and Spain.
