Responsibilities: 

• preparing product cost estimates in accordance with the MCC pricing policy in Poland, both for tenders and single series of labels / other products
• participation in customer tenders and representing the company in these tenders
• support for transfers of work from MCC Group factories to factories in Poland by verifying prices and production costs
• analysis and submission of recommendations regarding the optimization of product margins, including in the area of ​​price levels, materials used, printing technology and labor costs
• implementation and development of a pricing system supporting the implementation of sales assumptions
• participation in international projects regarding label valuation
• close cooperation with the technological and sales areas, locally and in EMEA depending on the nature of the project
• updating the applicable cost databases, which are the basis for calculating product prices
• sales support in trade negotiations
   

Qualifications: 

• proficient knowledge of MS Excel – a necessary condition
• higher education
• experience in a similar position preferred
• very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, enabling free communication
• highly developed analytical abilities of large amounts of data
• highly developed individual and teamwork skills, including working under time pressure
• high personal culture (including communication with others)
