The Business Development Executive works to improve MCC’s market position and achieve financial growth. This position defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. He/She is responsible for meeting budget expectations and delivering YOY growth exceeding the market growth rates. The Account Executive focuses on three main areas: New Account Development, Client Retention, and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY : To ensure quality standards were followed during printing.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s): 

1.1   Approves production run according to approved sample cards and customer requirements.

1.2   Follow standard quality procedures and instructions as always documented.

1.3   Engage to address quality related issues in production.

1.4   Ensure to use updated approved sample cards in production of labels.

1.5   Adhere to GMP procedures and housekeeping policy.

1.6   Submit in process inspection reports and quality assurance records in timely manner.

1.7   Carries out tasks given by immediate superior.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education / Experience;

  1. Minimum certificate / diploma with fluent in English & Tagalog verbal and written.
  2. At least 1-year work experience in QA field.

  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel;
