We are looking for an analytically strong and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our high‑performing EMEA Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight, partnering across the business, and supporting leaders in making informed, strategic decisions.
This role is for a fixed term of up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyse monthly financial results, variances and trends to support EMEA performance monitoring.
- Create and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting for senior leadership.
- Support preparation of the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) deck.
- Partner with Sales Reporting to produce commercial insights including margin and product‑level profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, Operations and Finance teams to validate data and resolve inconsistencies.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality and controls.
- Work closely with accounting, shared services, and corporate finance colleagues.
About you:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree with previous relevant finance or FP&A experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong MS Office capability.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, QlikView or Oracle FCCS beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex financial topics for non‑finance stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and proactive ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable:
- Experience in a private‑equity‑backed environment.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Radius or Oracle FCCS.
- Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or similar).
- Additional European languages.

Additional Information
This role is for a fixed term, of up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave.
