We are looking for an analytically strong and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our high‑performing EMEA Finance team.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight, partnering across the business, and supporting leaders in making informed, strategic decisions. 

This role is for a fixed term of up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyse monthly financial results, variances and trends to support EMEA performance monitoring.
• Create and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting for senior leadership.
• Support preparation of the Monthly Operating Review (MOR) deck.
• Partner with Sales Reporting to produce commercial insights including margin and product‑level profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Operations and Finance teams to validate data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality and controls.
• Work closely with accounting, shared services, and corporate finance colleagues.

About you:

   Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree with previous relevant finance or FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong MS Office capability.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, QlikView or Oracle FCCS beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex financial topics for non‑finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and proactive ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

   Desirable:

• Experience in a private‑equity‑backed environment.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Radius or Oracle FCCS.
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or similar).
• Additional European languages.

Additional Information

This role is for a fixed term, of up to 12 months, to cover a period of maternity leave.
