Are you a talented Graphic Designer looking for a flexible, part-time contract opportunity? Monarch Investment and Management Group, one of the nation’s largest multifamily property owners, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to support our marketing team.

What You’ll Do
- Design and edit a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including:
- Property signage, floor plans, brochures, and maps
- Advertising campaigns and outreach collateral
- Logos, images, and branding assets
- Website graphics and landing pages
- Support brand identity development across Monarch’s portfolio
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team while managing multiple projects
What You Bring
- 2+ years of graphic design experience (real estate/multifamily housing experience a plus)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Mac OS
- Basic HTML & WordPress (a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Position Details
- Part-time, contract role (hours may vary based on project needs)
- Flexible schedule - Office located in Franktown, CO
- Competitive pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
