We are looking for career-oriented Maintenance Technicians to join our team within Monarch Investments Southern St. Louis, MO Region! 
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
 
WHAT WE OFFER:      
 
$21.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

WHAT WE NEED:      
 
  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Condition needs 
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
  
What You Need:
 
•            1+ years of maintenance experience
•            HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications (Preferred but not required)

Experience with:
             - Drywall, painting, and carpentry
             - Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
             - Electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
             - Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
  
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
