What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform maintenance and repairs based on priority work orders
- Turn & prepare apartments between residents
- Interior & exterior painting/staining
- HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
- General property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Maintain clean & organized work areas
- Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or commercial)
- HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications (Preferred, but not required)
- Experience with:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Appliance repairs (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, disposals)
- Hands-on demonstration of skills required during the interview
