Role Overview:
The Rotational Analyst Program is designed to offer hands-on experience across various departments within Monarch. This comprehensive program will provide you with critical skills in real estate investment, management, and operations, while enhancing your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
What You’ll Experience:
- Training: Get an in-depth introduction to Monarch’s processes and core operations.
- On-Site Experience: Live and work in one of our apartment communities for up to three months (housing provided).
- Accounting: Gain firsthand experience in financial reporting and processes.
- Corporate Services & Data Analysis: Discover how data-driven insights inform key business decisions across the company.
- Marketing: Work with the marketing team to analyze and optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Project Analyst: Collaborate with an Asset team to drive key initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about real estate investment and management and eager to develop their career. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (including internships).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Flexibility to relocate and live in one of our apartment communities for up to three months (housing provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $62,000 - $67,000 annually.
- Performance-Based Raises: Up to 5% annually.
