This is a hands on maintenance position with guaranteed full-time hours. On-call maintenance work in a 7 week rotation is required for all technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
  • Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
  • Participate in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  

  • 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry
  • CPO certification preferred but not required
  • Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly preferred but not required
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
