Purpose:  Works to support operations at under-performing properties.  Senior Site Analysts are mean to serve as detailed auditors of under-performing sites and assist Asset Managers and Regional Managers in implementing Best Practices on site.
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Managing maintenance through turn scheduling and work order assignment. 
  • Auding lease files and application screening processes. 
  • Assisting in hiring and training staff. 
  • Reviewing & participating in leasing duties, as well as sales follow-up and closing performance. 
  • Ensure best practices are followed for rent collection. 
  • Assist in organizing tenant lease renewals. 
  • Create & implement performance goals at assigned properties.
  • Ability to reside onsite at designated property in 6-month increments 
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant multifamily experience
  • 2 years of management/ leadership experience
  • Familiarity with Yardi or other similar management software.
  • Strong excel skills preferred
  • Basic understanding of frequent property maintenance needs. 
  • Excellent customer service and coworking skills. 
  • Detailed time management and organizational skills. 
  • Self-motivate and work independently as needed. 
  • Effectively manage tasks and processes with clarity and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships. 
  • Clearly communicate site needs and progress through email, phone calls and meetings.

  • $85,000 - $95,000 Annual Compensation
  • Bonus Potential: 5-10% of property NOI improvement YOY with 50% paid monthly and 50% paid at the conclusion of assignments.
