- Competitive pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
- $500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in full after 90 days of successful employment)

What You Will Do:
- Complete work orders efficiently based on priority
- Perform apartment make-ready tasks between resident occupancy
- Handle interior and exterior painting/staining
- Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs
- Maintain property grounds to ensure curb appeal
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future repairs
- Keep maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized
- Participate in a 24/7 emergency maintenance rotation with team members
What You Bring to the Team:
- One or more years of maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification preferred
- EPA License preferred
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Proficiency in plumbing, including sweating copper pipes
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
- Understanding of water heater repairs (both electric and gas)
