Giving back to our local communities and those in need across the globe is a key component of our company experience. The more we travel, the more we give back. In line with that thinking, we provide all employees one paid community service day off each calendar year to take time to give back to their communities through a charity or organization they are passionate about.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DEIC)

Our objective is to actively participate in creating, implementing, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs within MMGY Global that promotes the company’s value of ‘Inclusivity.’ Council members identify barriers against inclusion, partner with internal resources to identify realistic and measurable remedies, and lead initiatives to improve our culture and business solutions.
