New Business & Marketing Executive, EMEA
We have an immediate opening for a New Business & Marketing Executive, who will play a vital role in supporting our business development and marketing initiatives. This position combines proposal management, lead generation and marketing coordination to support our company's growth objectives. This position serves as a crucial support function and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with enabling our core team to focus on strategic and creative aspects of business development, marketing, and communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This role requires strong personable, collaborative and administrative skills, digital proficiency and the ability to support key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- New business support administration (50%), that includes but is not limited to; proposal and RFP Management, Lead the RFP response process through triage, checklist creation, proposal refinement and quality control.
- TMC Lead Generation and Administration Support (30%); responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Travel Marketing Collective (TMC), including organising member communications and engagement activities. The role requires you to facilitate members meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation while driving lead generation through comprehensive research across LinkedIn, Google, and industry procurement portals & Sites. Maintenance of pipeline accuracy through CRM system (Salesforce) auditing and conducting detailed reports.
- Marketing Asset Management (10%); Oversee and update agency capabilities materials, case studies and team biographies. Ensure all marketing collateral remains current and effectively represents our services and capabilities.
- Event and Conference Coordination (10%); Coordinate team participation in conferences and events, including registration, material preparation and schedule management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead RFP triage and checklist drafting processes
- Support creative brainstorming sessions for proposal development
- Assist with proposal deck refinement and quality control processes
- Manage business development portals, including sign-ups and maintenance
- Generate and mine new leads for the TMC and MMGY through LinkedIn, Google searches, and portal procurement websites, including portal maintenance across all platforms, ensuring consistent login sign-ups
- Conduct pipeline auditing through CRM system (Salesforce)
- Manage and upgrade case studies and team biographies
- Maintain and update service and capabilities materials
- Coordinate team conference and event participation, including organisation of registration, materials, and leave-behinds, including comprehensive timetables and schedules for business development meetings
- Support administrative tasks related to proactive business development efforts
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented approach with strong attention to accuracy and quality control
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms
- Previous administrative experience in marketing, agency or travel industry preferred
- Ability to support and coordinate new business activities
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Google Suite proficiency required
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn: Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, Salesforce CRM

Level:
- 1-3 Years of experience, with degree level educated or travel/industry experience equivalent
- Reports to: VP, Business development & Marketing EMEA, working closely with VP of Marketing & Communications US.
