Based in London, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a PR Account Director to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will direct team across clients, ensuring the successful implementation of PR plans and strategy.

Some of your key duties:
- Oversee the team’s workload and progress, ensuring high-quality delivery and clear communication with senior management.
- Develop and execute annual PR strategies for clients, bringing bold, creative ideas to the table.
- Lead proactive media outreach and story pitching, securing standout coverage across national, glossy, and digital outlets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media, representing MMGY Global as an industry ambassador.
- Organise and lead group press trips and client FAMs, ensuring fair team participation and hands-on client engagement.
- Provide leadership and guidance in moments of crisis—supporting clients and mentoring junior staff on best practices.
- Contribute to new business development through proposal writing and pitch presentations.
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in PR, ideally with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
- Deep understanding of the travel and lifestyle media landscape
- Strong network of media contacts across national and consumer titles
- Proven experience managing teams, campaigns, and budgets
- Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of social media and how it integrates with PR strategies
